The Pond Guy and Marketsmith

As a full-service agency, we work with our clients in many ways. For The Pond Guy, we help strategize and plan their catalog circulation. We’ve worked with them to build a custom database to help track attribution, performance, and customer data in order to make data-driven recommendations for how to optimize. CRM strategy has been something Marketsmith has specialized in since the beginning. Using this approach to data segmentation and planning we have helped clients like Sturbridge Yankee, J.L. McLaughlin, Bluemercury, and many more. Specially this has helped The Pond Guy go from challenger to champion over the course of a few years by allowing the circulation to be as efficient and effective as possible. For example, we can alter frequency, cadence, audience, and messaging to find the right mix; we can also further understand who the most frequent buyers are (or the least frequent buyers).

We love supporting our clients in a strategic way, and when they do great things for the community.
