Our campaign the previous year had already raised consumer perception of the PSEG Long Island brand, and research showed us that it was the connection between the utility's workers and everyday customer experience that drove those results. So we refreshed the campaign to show an even tighter and more emotional connection between the work done by the company's 2,250 employees and the things their efforts enable in people's daily lives.
