Who we need

Reporting to the SVP, Data Science & Analytics, the Visualization Programmer will be collaborating with the media, client services, research and analytics teams to provide our clients with crucial data to assist in the development, execution, and analysis of their advertising and marketing campaigns.

We are looking for someone with a little bit of experience. In this role, you will be helping us to create something new. You get an understanding of the goals/objectives, a spec, and you can go create something out of nothing. Of course, you won’t be alone in that journey, but we expect you to be self-sufficient, motivated, and a creator.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Creating new reporting packages and visualizations as per the specifications provided by the Business Analyst, Strategic Analyst, and/or Client Services representative
  • Offering constructive feedback regarding new and existing reporting packages and visualizations
  • Performing quality control checks over own work and work of other analysts
  • Identifying and fixing errors within data sets/data models both during creation of reporting packages
  • Converting, manipulating, and scrubbing large data sets, in various formats, to allow for accurate data analysis/visualizations
  • Project management of reporting package/visualization builds to ensure deliverables are hit
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Analytics or related major
  • 1-3 years’ experience with data, marketing, and/or visualizations
  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization systems, such as Power BI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
