Who we need

The Marketing Analyst II will be collaborating with and across the client services, development and analytics teams to provide our clients with crucial data to assist in the development, execution, and analysis of their advertising and marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for motivated, creative thinkers who can dig into data to help create something that translates across audiences. In this role, you will be using data to create visualizations which ultimately drive our data storytelling and ability to impact business performance. Key skills: understanding data structure and visualization tools, ability to manage priorities, and to communicate across teams.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Creating new reporting packages and visualizations based on specifications provided by the senior analytics team.
  • Converting, manipulating, and quality controlling large data sets, in various formats, to allow for accurate data analysis/visualizations.
  • Offering constructive feedback regarding new and existing reporting packages and visualizations.
  • Identifying and fixing errors within data sets during creation of reporting packages.
  • Performing quality control checks over own work and work of other analysts.
  • Developing, monitoring, and owning timelines/status sheets of data for new and on-boarded clients.
  • Provide data and views for written business analysis, as well as engaging with the strategic team to gain exposure to how the data is used and articulated both internally and with clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Analytics or related major
  • 1-3 years’ experience with data, marketing, and/or visualizations
  • Proficient in Excel and data visualization systems, such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
