Who we need
Reporting to the Group Director, Analytics and Innovation, the Junior Analyst will be collaborating with the client services, research, and analytics teams to provide our clients with crucial data to assist in the development, execution, and analysis of their advertising and marketing campaigns.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with data and building reports. In this role, you will be helping us to build something new out of something great. We expect you to be able to receive a spec and create something out of nothing. Of course, you won’t be alone in that journey, you will have top-notch support and mentoring, but we expect you to be a self-starter, motivated to create and learn.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
As a member of the analytics team, the Junior Analyst will:
Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Work with lead analyst(s), media strategists and planners to help determine what’s working/what’s not for our clients’ go to market plans
- Provide day-to-day client reports including but not limited to short-term tactic and channel level performance updates, campaign wrap-ups, and recommendations to improve performance.
- Generate deeper ad hoc analysis including KPI deep dives, content performance analyses, and creative performance analysis
- Offer constructive feedback regarding new and existing reporting packages and visualizations
- Perform quality control checks over your own work, identifying and fixing errors within data sets during report creation
- Convert, manipulate, and scrub large data sets in various formats to allow for accurate analysis and visualizations
- Project management of data-related tasks to ensure deliverables are hit
- Provide client service support for data-driven projects Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 1-3 years of experience preferably in Business or Media Analytics
- Proficient in Excel with experience using data visualization systems, such as Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and self-start
