Motivation has always been a top priority, but there is a bottom line that comes with that reality. That’s what
Monica C. Smith says. We are led by a woman, and our team is 60% women. The motivation for Monica is not about equality; it’s about the ability to do great things all the time with people who you love or that inspire you. So, the top line is simple: we want to win. We want to be the best at everything we do—without exception. The bottom line is that you must create a community that fosters greatness at both the individual and team levels. You must allow for individuality to be expressed and for opportunities to thrive.
Our leader, a woman, knows what success looks like, what it tastes like, and that it is not given—it's earned. She also knows what failure feels like at every level, and she’s lived through it. The key is to treat people with greatness and never stop getting up when you fall.
We run with her, for her, because she does the same for us. She is obsessed with our clients. She has worked hard to prepare for this moment, ready to blast off once again with a new way forward in this increasingly everchanging and never seen before environment.
