MOVING FORWARD, TOGETHER

The goal of the various subgroups that make up much of the fabric of the agency is continued commitment to Marketsmith culture and providing a welcome environment for all employees. These groups provide a place to share common interests and concerns, including providing support as we continue to operate in our work-from-anywhere environments. Each committee or subgroup does their part to encourage commitment from employees across the agency for greater engagement in company-wide activities and events.

EMPLOYEE ACTION COMMITTEE

The Employee Action Committee (EAC) enriches and advances company culture through special events like Trivia Night and our annual holiday party, physical and mental wellness programs, and Town Hall meetings. The committee also publishes a monthly internal newsletter.

EAC Co-Presidents, John Canlas and Grismaldi Diaz

DIVERSITY EQUITY INCLUSION INTERSECTIONALITY COMMITTEE

The Diversity Equity Inclusion Intersectionality Committee (DEII) fosters an open dialogue within the company to help create ways to continue to elevate leaders, create more internships and diversify our team. DEII also sponsors interactive events like Q&A sessions, Trivia Night, and guest speakers.

DEII President, Ed Clarke
