Reggie Bledsoe is an inspiring leader and advocate whose commitment to community and equity shines brightly across New Jersey. Born and raised in Newark, Reggie has dedicated his life to creating positive change for those around him. A graduate of Essex County Newark Tech, he quickly became a transformative force in his hometown, earning the distinction of being the youngest Democratic district leader in Newark’s Central Ward (District 5). His leadership extended to the Newark Board of Education, where he served from 2017 to 2020, amplifying the voices of students and families across the city.
In 2017, Reggie received the Essex County Pride Award—a testament to his dedication to service and advocacy. Today, he continues his mission on the NJ Performing Arts Center’s LGBTQ+ Advisory Council, advocating for inclusivity, representation, and the power of diverse perspectives. Reggie’s work reminds us that true progress happens when we uplift those who have been marginalized, creating a more inclusive, just society for all.
Meg Columbia-Walsh, a visionary leader whose impact spans across the tech and healthcare industries. As a successful entrepreneur, Meg has founded four companies, including Inverse Mobile, which she sold to Ernst & Young. A pioneer in digital healthcare, she continues to advise Fortune 100 companies on technology and strategy. Recently named one of the top 40 healthcare transformers worldwide, Meg’s expertise and leadership have earned her widespread recognition.
Beyond her business achievements, Meg is a passionate advocate for women in business. She has served as a professor and lecturer at Stevens Institute of Technology, FIT, and Rutgers University, mentoring the next generation of leaders. She is also a founding member of the Rider Women’s Leadership Council and a mentor to many young women in business.
