Consumer Research

Hispanics make up approximately 16.3% of the U.S. population, with over 50 million Hispanics in the U.S. The Hispanic market is an important one for many prepaid debit card issuers, as studies have shown that nearly 20% of Hispanics are unbanked.

Data-Driven Rationale

To increase credibility, a combination of brand awareness and strategic retargeting was key. We needed to launch their brand within highly targeted digital channels. We utilized MarketsmithIQ, our proprietary data and analytics platform, to gain demographic insight to refine targeting.

Measurement

Our goal was to launch the brand with a digital social campaign, scaling budget as results proved out. This was activated among specific target audiences and various creative messages that were tested live in market.
