| Marketsmith, Inc., a hands-on marketing strategy and execution services provider to the multichannel community, has restructured its operations, expanding the scope of strategic leadership and analysis services delivered to our clients. These augmented services will strengthen our clients' ability to compete in the ever changing complex multichannel marketplaces. It will also support and guide them as they continue to grow, and increase the breadth and depth of their requirements. We have created two new positions which will allow us to add depth and market sensitivity to our work: Senior Vice President Strategic Services and Vice President Client Services. Both positions will report to Susan J. Pizzano, Executive Vice President. |

| Marketsmith has hired Maria Youth, formerly the Vice President of Catalog (Lenox Collections), to fill the Senior Vice President Strategic Services slot. Maria will be responsible for guiding the strategic initiatives for our clients as well as overseeing internal marketing and communications. In welcoming Maria to Marketsmith, Inc., Monica C. Smith, President and CEO, declared "Maria is a great hire and we are really excited to be able to have her come on board and to fill this highly specialized position. She has an outstanding track record and was one of the pioneers in combining the online and offline worlds to understand customer behavior more fully. She will work directly with the "Brand Clients" that have highly recognizable names and a complex array of marketing needs. Beyond circulation, she will provide guidance, insight and direct assistance with merchandising, brand voice articulation, strategy and online communication.
