The organizational realignment includes internal changes as well as the acquisition of two new employees, Communications Director, Susan M. Wernick and Naumce Marenoski, Manager of Marketing Analytics. |

| Internal changes include responsibility for all client services coming under the purview of Senior Vice President of Marketing, Susan Pizzano. Vice President Analytics, Michael Waksbaum will oversee all special projects, databases and analytic performance. |
