Dear Colleague,

Thank you for visiting our site and learning more about what we do here at Marketsmith.
The number one question I get asked is “What exactly is a strategic marketing company?” What we do is help companies understand how to spend their advertising dollars, what will be the return of those dollars and what is the risk versus reward of growing your business or nonprofit. We take a look at your organization and where the monies come from, how many customers you have and how big your market can be based on your product, vision and competition. We look at needed investment in infrastructure, outside resources and internal people power. We draft a roadmap and we implement it for your organization within 30 days.
When I started this business I had a vision and a goal to provide a marketing resource to organizations that needed additional intelligent operational bandwidth in the areas of analytics, strategy and executional offline and online talent in the field of Direct Marketing. I have always focused on unifying the customer experience and demanding a thorough understanding of the return on investment, in real time, no matter how good or bad the economy is.
We start with the Brand vision articulated internally at the highest level, then consolidate data from all channels, distilling them down and building the complete picture to determine the cost to advertise and the return on that investment.
There are growth opportunities out there. But they don’t necessarily come from traditional sources. And technology and/or fantastic creative are not enough to make the sale today. Each individual consumer is voting with her/his own wallet. S/he is telling us, “You need to make me feel like I can’t live without your product.”
My company thrives on working with businesses and organizations that need results, fast. I am proud of where we stand and who we are.
