This “Advocacy” role Marketsmith plays mirrors many of the responsibilities of a more traditional “Brand Management” role.

We drive programs to increase customers by key segments consistent with client goals. And we build on company synergies when clients have a portfolio of Brands. The Marketsmith team works to optimize the online and offline Marketing mix (TV, Print, Direct Mail, E-mail, Web (SEO/SEM), Social Media, Retail, Wholesale) to achieve the optimal number of net new customer adds, revenue-per-customer (RPC), profit-per-customer (PPC), and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets.
  • Customer Retention and Development – Marketsmith develops and improves the efficiency of Client Marketing programs that grow the lifetime value of the client’s customer base. Increasing retention and loyalty, reducing churn, and maximizing the customer experience and value are the bedrock of our Marketing programs. We continually seek opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of Client’s key Marketing initiatives in all customer life-stages. We coordinate with both internal teams and external agencies/vendors to leverage online and offline programs to achieve optimal results.
  • Integration with Creative Services – The Marketsmith team provides creative oversight which to maintain Brand Standards across all communication channels and vehicles and ensure creative strategies are consistent within Brands and with annual business objectives.
  • The Bottom Line – We deliver results: Financial improvement within 90 days, integrated customer communication and touch points within six months, and stronger customer loyalty with a year.
