To Use the Piece Rate Calculator (for mail pieces 3.3 ounces or under):

  1. Enter the total circulation in the blue shaded cell
  2. Enter the percents of the circulation for each pre-sort level in the light green shaded cells. If you plan on delivering the mail pieces directly to the BMC or SCF (in total or partially), use the appropriate columns.
  3. Make certain that the rose highlighted cell equals 100%.
