Smith is thrilled to have received this recognition,
“It’s an incredible honor and truly awesome to be recognized with these other accomplished women. New Jersey is a tough state to win in but as you can see there are many who are so incredibly successful despite all obstacles. The key is to never give up, keep your head down and work hard- and when you get knocked down, get back up. All the woman on the pages of the October issue of New Jersey monthly are winners. All of them. Thank you so much.”

Monica C. Smith’s interview with Linda Wellbrock is now live!
The Leading Women Entrepreneurs is an organization formed to “create a strong cultural identification to successful women as role models…to commend women entrepreneurs for their service, leadership, contribution to their communities and the state’s economic recovery,” explains founder Linda Wellbrock. A committee evaluated nominees and chose the Top 25 based on Market, Potential, Innovation, Advocacy for Women, and Community Involvement.
Employees at Marketsmith feel she is more than deserving of this recognition: “Monica successfully strikes a balance between her passions: work, family, and community. She leads a noble life, not only making businesses better, but making people better.” Her life is indeed a successful manifestation of her three passions- her rapidly expanding business Marketsmith consistently creates new jobs which she nearly always offers to professionals who are out of work and her new company I.Predictus will create many more in the future. Monica C. Smith has lived in New Jersey for her entire life, and she has created a home for unadoptable animals to be residents of as well- the 501c3 she founded, One More Smith, has saved thousands of animals who have required medical attention and special treatment. Annual fundraisers thrown by the Smiths bring together the Smith family, Marketsmith team members, and the community of Chester. Sister-in-law Dawn Smith is extremely proud of Monica for her achievements, but also her devotion to her family, “It takes a special type of person to welcome not one but four foster children into her home, and then to overcome so many obstacles to adopt them in order to give them the love and nurturing they deserve. I don’t know anyone who values family more than Monica does, and I’m honored to be a part of her family.”
Monica C. Smith and the other 24 recipients will be featured in the October issue of New Jersey Monthly and honored at an event on December 6th at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Marketsmith, Inc. would also like to congratulate all 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs
