Local Specialty Retailer chooses Marketsmith to build out National Program
Bookseller has engaged Marketsmith to help develop and implement a national loyalty program. The retailer has developed a unique concept for a loyalty program which it is looking to take national through direct marketing channels. Marketsmith will translate the company’s business plan into a roadmap, implement the build out, and then track performance to analyze results and adjust the strategy as needed. Additionally Marketsmith will ensure the brand messaging is consistent across all channels—mail, email, web, in-store, and paid search. “Marketsmith is thrilled to be in on the ground floor of this exciting new concept,” stated Marketsmith President and CEO, Monica C. Smith. “Through behaviorally targeted data and analysis, we will create a multichannel marketing program that will allow this new program to be rolled out in a controlled and focused manner.
